DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT PREVENTION

Verus Brasil is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, free from any form of discrimination or harassment. Our guidelines on this matter are as follows:

  • We do not tolerate any discriminatory attitude or practice based on prejudice related to race, color, gender, age, religion, disability, social background, or any other personal or social condition. 

  • All forms of moral (psychological) or sexual harassment, as well as any abusive conduct, are deemed unacceptable. This includes offensive comments, intimidation, threats, or any behavior that may cause embarrassment or humiliation.

  • We encourage our employees to report inappropriate conduct directly to their leadership, ensuring complete confidentiality and guaranteeing respect and support throughout the reporting process.

PREVENTION AND COMBATING FRAUD, BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION

Verus Brasil respects national and international anti-corruption legislation and has zero tolerance for attitudes or situations that are or resemble bribery, corruption, kickbacks, fraud, or any unethical practices.
