Verus Brasil is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, free from any form of discrimination or harassment. Our guidelines include:

Verus Brasil complies with all applicable national and international anti-corruption laws and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any actions or situations that constitute, or may appear to constitute, bribery, corruption, kickbacks, or fraud.

All business transactions are subject to formal authorization and approval processes. Employees are expected to adhere to the principles and guidelines of this Code of Conduct in all professional activities.

Verus Brasil does not tolerate any form of money laundering. All business relationships are conducted strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and all financial transactions are properly documented, formally recorded, and executed through legally established financial institutions in Brazil and abroad.

We actively work to prevent money laundering activities within our sphere of influence and reinforce to our employees the importance of compliance with this Code of Conduct in all activities.
